Back in Feburary 2018 we teamed up with an organisation called  MAAB - Martial Artists Against Bullying. "Done with Bullying" is a FREE anti-bullying workshop for all young people between the ages of 8 - 18. Created by MAAB (Martial Artists Against Bullying) and presented by Nate Gregory (NGMA Owner and Founder)

The workshop is 3 hours long, including breaks and will cover 5 main sections. Section 1 - What is bullying? Why do people Bully? Why is it bad to bully others? Section 2 - What we should and shouldn't do when we see bullying. Section 3 - How should you deal with bullying? Section 4 - Buddying. Section 5 - Self Defence. The workshop is PowerPoint based and includes: Discussions, Question and Answers, Videos, Photographs and Role play scenarios.
